TownePlace Suites by Marriott Tulsa Broken Arrow

I’ve been staying long-term at this Marriott property for work, and my experience has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with an attentive housekeeping team that consistently ensures my room is spotless. The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly makes me feel at home. One of the standout features is the outdoor amenities. There’s a fantastic pool area, as well as a beautifully designed outdoor kitchen space. The kitchen includes a gas fireplace, two gas grills, and plenty of seating—perfect for relaxing or socializing. It’s a unique touch that adds a lot of charm to the property. In addition, the hotel provides many thoughtful amenities, making packing light a breeze. Overall, this Marriott location has exceeded my expectations and made my long-term stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service and cleanliness.

Modest lodging. Has all the basic kitchen utensils and amenities for an out of town lodging. Has a swimming pool and a very nice ambience. The hotel staff are courteous and always willing you help. Has a lovely and comfy waiting room. It's also close to other hotels like the Holiday Inn Express, a steak house, and wine shop. Loved my stay here.

THIS location has been the best Town Place Suites location to date. Very clean, up to date & a very enjoyable stay. The fine gentleman on the overnight shift named Kevin has been absolutely phenomenal. Every time I needed something, he had to stop what he was doing. Every time I had to come get something (3 times) he was busy working on a project here or there. Keeping up this beautiful property and setting a nice high standard. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. His customer service is absolutely stellar as well. I usually don't need to make multiple trips to the front desk but visiting this gentleman was certainly a pleasure. He certainly got everything I needed in a very timely, professional manner. Marriott, take note, this is a gentleman who needs to train the new hires because he proudly gets the job done and delivers guests satisfaction! My wife, daughter and I will certainly be visiting this property again. Especially if you're hiring people like Kevin to be the face of this location! Thank you Kevin for the good work. It truly shows. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

While the rooms are showing their age, they were clean and well kept. The staff was outstanding, super friendly and helpful. Our breakfast host, Flor, was the kindest person I met on my whole trip. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

Glad I have been making the change to Bonvoy. Booked this location because of its location, and needed the two bedroom for the family. Something came up the day of our arrival and I was contacted by Ali. We worked out arrangements to modify and still stay at this location. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and breakfast was not bad, the attendant for breakfast was great. The only thing that got on my nerves was another customer, who was just trying to get a discount or something that went up to the desk a couple times at breakfast to complain about everything . Life happens, things break etc… give the staff a chance to look into the matter and remedy it, this was the first real positive hotel stay I have had in awhile [which is why I swapped to Bonvoy from to try there brand(s)] Next time we are back in this part of Tulsa/Broken Arrow this will be our regular stop for the night or weekend. Keep up the good work

It was a wonderful room, me and my daughter stayed there after a craft event. Every thing smelled clean. The room was very clean with clean sheet, towels and pullout bed. The lady at the front desk was really nice also. We will definitely stay the night there again.
